How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email, along with the tracking number and carrier details.
Another way to track your order is to click on the 'Track Your Order' link located in the footer of our website. Then, enter your order number and email address, and click on 'View Order Status' for information on your shipment.
How will you pack my order?
We want your unboxing experience to be special, but we don’t want the package to attract undue attention. That's why we ship all our orders in secure, nondescript packages. Inside, you'll find your jewelry in a gorgeous Angara box that's perfect for gifting or storage.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
As soon as your order is submitted, you'll see a unique order number on the success page. That's your sign.
Can I update my order after I've placed it?
All our jewelry pieces are made to order. The minute we receive your order, our master jewelers get to work, crafting your piece. If you need to make a change, give us a call at 1-252-770-7007 and we'll check if that's possible depending on where they are in the process.
If we've already shipped your order, changes won't be possible.
Are there any discounts available?
Look out for discounts and offers that are live on our website before making your purchase. We also have a special one-time only discount for insiders. So be sure to sign up with your email address to get a 15% off coupon code that you can use on your first purchase.
Shipping & Returns
What is the cost of shipping? Are the shipments insured?
We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders within the U.S. We also ship international orders for free.
All shipments are insured and risk-free. We fully insure your package from the moment it leaves us to when it arrives at your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. In fact, we offer free shipping on all international orders. However, please note that local import duties and taxes may be applicable, and these will need to be covered by you.
When will my order be shipped?
You won't find assembly lines at Cult. After you customize a piece of jewelry on our website and place your order, our studio artisans go to work. When they are done with your piece, it goes through rigorous quality checks before we ship it to you.
So, the estimated delivery date really depends on the piece you’ve ordered, which we mention on the product page. Be sure to check that out before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. In fact, we’re pretty miserable. So if you’re not 100% happy with what you bought, we encourage you to return it for a full refund, or exchange it. You have 30 days to do that.
After we get the item – and don’t forget to include the free gift! – we will inspect it to make sure it didn’t fall into the trash compactor. (A little customer service humor.) If it’s in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 8-12 business days and credit your original payment method.
What items are not returnable?
We do not accept jewelry that has been mishandled, modified or worn, including items that have been repaired, re-sized or engraved by another jeweler. In other words, you want to make sure that you return the jewelry in the same way you received it. Also, if yours was a special order or we crafted a piece specifically for you that's not listed on our website, you won't be able to return it.
